I am renting out private rooms for vacation/short term in a big apartment on the beautiful Upper West Side in Manhattan. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a seven-story elevator building. It was built in 1928, so it offers these wonderful high ceilings that are so typical for NYC prewar apartments.
The location is unbeatable, on a quiet side street, only steps to Central Park, and a quick subway ride (lines B & C) to Times Square with all its attractions; even closer to the Museum of Natural History and cross town to the famous “Museum Mile”. Here you can enjoy New York as a “real” New Yorker, and not being bunked in in an anonymous and moreover overpriced hotel room.
The rooms have a comfortable size, and the apartment features a huge dining/living room area inviting you to chat and exchange your daily experiences, especially after an exhausting day of sightseeing and taking in the grandness of this big city. The full kitchen allows you to prepare snacks and full meals, whatever you feel like doing.
